clients have since benefited from his talents, from Dell to Giant Cycles. More recently he has
been in New York running training sessions for
The Economist.
Zoë Buttle’s expertise is in end-to-end project management from research to delivery. She helps to originate ideas through first understanding our client’s market objectives and then identifying solutions for development.
Zoë’s experience is in kitchen-table start-ups such as billyville right through to Silicon Valley technology companies like Epoch Innovations.

Prior to launching ohm, Ian was a media and marketing executive with broad experience in the development and launch of business ventures. As an independent consultant, Ian’s clients included MTV Networks Europe, UBC Media Group plc, Noel Edmonds’ Unique Group, Classic Gold Digital and Epoch Innovations Inc.
From 2000 to 2005, Ian helped launch a variety of new ventures including a digital radio station, a digital TV proposition, a music artist management company and a creative agency. He also founded Ignission, a media production operation.
From 1993 to 1999,
Ian was part of the management team at
The Unique Broadcasting Group (now UBC Media Group plc) - the UK’s largest independent radio production company.
He led the company’s entry into new markets such as audio facilities, outside broadcasts, media training, in-store radio, and the digital distribution of content.
As Managing Director of Unique Facilities, Ian oversaw a period of growth and development, transforming the subsidiary from cost centre to profit centre. At Unique Broadcasting, Ian managed joint ventures with MTV Networks, ABC Radio Networks and the Financial Times, as well as projects for BBC Radio, The Daily Mail Group, Cartoon Network, Gala Bingo, McDonald’s and Pepsi.
